How do you ship your All Natural, Organic
Dog treats? |
|

Our treats are
shipped by USPS Parcel Post and USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail boxes are used when this shipping
method is selected at checkout. A brown eco-friendly
box is used if you select the USPS Parcel Post shipping
method at checkout. Please note that all of our shipping
materials are biodegradable. |

Can you ship your treats to my PO Box? |

Yes! Both of the
shipping methods we offer, USPS Parcel Post and Priority
Mail, can be delivered to your PO Box. |

When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| |
If your order is
shipped by USPS Parcel Post, you can expect your order
to arrive in 5-10 business days. If your order is shipped
by USPS Priority Mail, you can expect your order to
arrive in 2-7 days. Both shipping methods and delivery
times are subject to change and are dependent upon the
delivery location. Please consult your local Post Office
for more information. |

Do you offer a return policy? |

Once our treats
are done baking they are packaged and heat sealed for
freshness. Upon delivery, once the heat seal on our
package is broken our treats cannot be returned due
to Federal and State health code laws and contamination
reasons. |

Do you offer private labeling? |

Yes! Please

labeling needs!
Please note the
following conditions apply to our private label
customers.
- A bulk
order private label customer makes a purchase
every 30 days
- Returns
are not accepted unless there is contamination
upon receipt. We need to be notified by email as
soon as you receive your treat delivery.
- A
private label customer is accepting the
responsibility of our treat under their label.
- Treat
inventory must be inspected on delivery and
stored in a cool, dark, dry location.

How long do your All Natural Dog and
Cat Treats last on the shelf? |

Although your favorite
canine of feline won't let them stay in the bag for
long, our preservative-free treats have been tested
and proven to stay fresh for 6 to 8 months. Like all
natural food products, we recommend that you do not
expose our treats to extreme temperatures or leave them
in direct sunlight. |
