Shipping and Return PolicyUSPS Priority Mail is our default shipping method, and is applied automatically to all online orders. Please call (732) 449-5000 if you would like us to ship your order using UPS, or need Rush shipping.
Our treats are hand packed and shipped in eco-friendly priority mail boxes. All of our shipping materials are bio-degradable and recyclable.
Once our all-natural treats are done baking, they are hand-packed and heat sealed for freshness. Upon delivery, once our heat seal has been broken, our treats cannot be returned due to Federal and State health code laws and contamination reasons.
If you feel that you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately at 732-449-5000 or email us at email@example.com.
For non-treat items,you may return the product for exchange or refund of your purchase price as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. If you need to return an item, please follow these instructions:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of item. Please include your order number and your name.
2. Return your purchase in its original packaging. Enclose a copy of your packing slip with your return. We suggest that you purchase insurance and tracking when shipping as K9 Confections can not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
3. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund on the returned item. .
